Job Descriptions

1. Lead sourcing of food related items to meet user requirements and company standards.From sourcing until the end of process buying. 2. Identify cost saving initiatives with data team and source for potential products fromsuppliers 3. Link up with R&D team for material required for NPD and new recipes development. 4. Lead sustainable procurement program by engaging suppliers to take on sustainabilityassessments. 5. Participate in exhibitions to acquire new items, technologies and innovation to company. 6. Help team members for ad-hoc assignment if needed 7. Get self-up to date with market trends, current market situation and update with the team 8.Connect with global procurement team to do local and global sourcing strategies.

Qualifications

Bachelor's of Food science, food technology, business management or any related field.
Has good knowledge about food ingredients. Preferably 2 years working in food industry.
Has good understanding of NPD process, User requirement, sample testing, market analysis, supply risk assessment.
Team player
Good commands of English language in reading, writing and speaking.
Positive mindset and Good Interpersonal skill can work with wide range of people.
Soft Skill & Stakeholder Management Skill.
