Job Descriptions1. Manage and maintain relationships with domestic customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
2. Handle the sales process from prospecting to closing deals, including follow-ups and after-sales support.
3. Identify business opportunities and develop new accounts to expand the customer base.
4. Provide consultation and solutions to customers regarding products and services.
5. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
6. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to support sales strategies.
7. Prepare sales reports and updates for management.
Qualifications - Female or Male 27yrs up
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in sales, preferably in manufacturing / automotive industry.
- Good command of English, both spoken and written.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and result-oriented with the ability to work under pressure.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Having own car and driving license will be an advantage.
