• To process claims on time and to the correct accuracy
• Co-ordinates with suppliers, customer and operational teams, on claim information and transfers all information to the concerned department.
• Gather data, identify issues, and analyze short-term and long-term trends.
• Verify operational data for accuracy before presentation and report.
• Monitoring the punctuality of transportation product delivery times and ensures that customers are informed of any late delivery (within normal working hours)
• Manage work hours appropriately to the daily workload.
