•Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentation materials for internal management, client meetings, and corporate headquarters
•Manage staffing, train, optimize workforce based on volume forecasts
•Oversee and maintain a pool of delivery vendor partners
•Conduct regular vendor/customer meetings, performance reviews, and ensure accountability for SLAs
•Produce meeting materials and reports for both client firms and corporate HQ, communicate delivery status, risks, proposals, and mitigations
