Job Descriptions
1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve departmental goals and expand the new customer base. 2.Identify and build a strong sales pipeline to maximize sales opportunities. 3. Present company products effectively by analyzing the potential of leads and following up to schedule demos. 4. Conduct regular sales meetings to review performance and resolve issues within the sales team. 5. Prepare accurate and complete proposals, solutions, and quotations, and ensure timely submission. 6. Schedule customer meetings and product demos, with a deep understanding of the products to provide clear and comprehensive presentations and address inquiries. 7. Manage the sales pipeline for sales team members and support them in closing deals. 8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as product development and marketing to identify sales opportunities, new promotions, and improve current offerings. 9. Lead and manage the sales team, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and continuous development. 10. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive upselling and cross-selling of new products. 11. Monitor market trends and competitors’ activities to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement. 12. Analyze and report Customer Conversion Rates. 13. Prepare weekly and monthly team performance reports.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales (direct experience is a plus) and sales team management.
  3. Strong communication skills in English (speaking, listening, reading, and writing)
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  5. Experienced in Sales Reporting and Sales Planning
