Job Functions & Responsibilities
• Production Oversight: Oversee and coordinate daily activities of workers who manufacture electronic components and systems.
• Process Improvement: Design, develop, and implement new manufacturing processes, with a focus on cost reduction and increased productivity.
• Quality Control: Establish quality systems and monitor process performance to ensure products meet internal and external standards.
• Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot operational, quality, and technical issues to resolve operational problems and improve product quality.
• Equipment Management: Evaluate equipment performance, ensure proper maintenance, and manage machinery for optimal utilization.
• Staff Management & Development: Manage, train, and mentor production staff, fostering leadership and ensuring adherence to safety procedures.
• Reporting: Generate reports on production status, costs, performance, and quality.
• Project & Program Execution: Drive the execution of new product implementation, process improvements, and cost-saving initiatives.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, manufacturing, business, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in production or manufacturing management
- Experience supervising staff and managing manufacturing workflows
- Certifications in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or project management are a plus
- Under 40 years old
- Leadership & Communication: Strong abilities to lead and motivate diverse teams, communicate effectively, and build relationships with various departments.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of electronics manufacturing processes, quality control principles, and automation solutions.
- Analytical & Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze data to identify patterns, evaluate performance, and develop technical solutions to complex problems.
- Operational Management: Proficiency in production management software, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage resources effectively.
- Strategic Thinking: Capable of strategic planning and contributing to long-term initiatives and programs for organizational development.
- Good command in English or Mandarin language will be advantage.
