Job Descriptions
- สามารถควบคุมการทำงานและปรับตั้งเครื่องจักร CNC และเครื่องจักรอัตโนมัติได้ในระดับเบื้องต้น
- สามารถควบคุม ดูแล การปฏิบัติงาน เครื่องฉีดพลาสติก (Injection Machine) รวมถึงเครื่อง Button Machine
- ดำเนินการบำรุงรักษาเครื่องจักรตามรอบงาน (Routine Maintenance) และการบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกัน (Preventive Maintenance) รวมถึงการตรวจสอบและแก้ไขปัญหาเบื้องต้น พร้อมจัดเตรียมอะไหล่สำหรับงาน
- ให้คำปรึกษาทางเทคนิคแก่ทีมงาน เพื่อสนับสนุนการดำเนินงานให้เป็นไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- ดูแลและจัดทำเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการบำรุงรักษาเครื่องจักรให้ถูกต้อง ครบถ้วน
- สนับสนุนหัวหน้าฝ่ายผลิตในการดำเนินงานตามแผนการบำรุงรักษาเครื่องจักรตามระยะเวลาที่กำหนด
- ตรวจสอบและบันทึกข้อมูลการบำรุงรักษาอย่างถูกต้อง พร้อมรายงานความผิดปกติที่พบระหว่างการดำเนินงาน
- ดูแลรักษาเครื่องจักรและอุปกรณ์ในพื้นที่การผลิตให้อยู่ในสภาพพร้อมใช้งานและมีความปลอดภัย
- ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากวิศวกรหรือผู้บังคับบัญชา
Qualifications
- วุฒิ ปวส. หรือเทียบเท่า ในสาขาช่างกลโรงงาน เทคนิคการผลิต หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ในการใช้งานเครื่อง CNC ประเภทกลึง (CNC Lathe) หรือกัด (CNC Milling) หรือเครื่องจักร CNC ประเภทอื่นที่ใกล้เคียง
- มีประสบการณ์ในการซ่อมบำรุงและการแก้ไขปัญหาเครื่องจักรหรืออุปกรณ์อุตสาหกรรม
- สามารถอ่านและทำความเข้าใจเอกสารทางเทคนิค เช่น แบบวิศวกรรม คู่มือการใช้งาน ข้อกำหนดทางเทคนิค ข้อควรระวังด้านความปลอดภัย พารามิเตอร์ต่าง ๆ รวมถึงเครื่องมือวัดและตัวชี้วัด เพื่อให้เครื่องจักรทำงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- สามารถควบคุมการทำงานของเครื่องจักรได้อย่างถูกต้องตามวิธีการที่เหมาะสม พร้อมคำนึงถึงความปลอดภัยในการปฏิบัติงาน
- สามารถเลือกใช้หรือค้นหาเครื่องมือ วิธีการ อะไหล่ และอุปกรณ์ที่เหมาะสมในการดำเนินงานด้านการผลิตและการบำรุงรักษาเครื่องจักร
