Job Descriptions

•Manage and oversee accounts payable functions including invoice verification, payment processing, and vendor account reconciliation •Supervise inventory transactions and ensure accurate inventory valuation and reporting •Work closely with warehouse, purchasing, and logistics teams to ensure proper cost allocation and stock reconciliation •Prepare monthly reports for AP and inventory accounts, including accruals and adjustments •Support month-end and year-end closing processes •Assist with financial audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies •Mentor and support junior accounting staff as needed

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
At least 3–5 years of relevant experience, particularly in AP and inventory accounting
Experience in the food industry or trading business is preferred
Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or other ERP systems)
Good command of English, both written and spoken
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
