• 负责锅炉系统的日常运行、监控、维护与保养，确保设备处于良好工作状态； Operate, monitor, maintain, and service boiler systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability. • 按照操作规程进行启动、停机及运行参数调节，控制锅炉温度、压力、水位等关键指标； Follow standard operating procedures for boiler start-up, shutdown, and parameter adjustments, maintaining proper temperature, pressure, and water levels. • 定期巡检设备，及时发现并处理异常情况或隐患，确保生产安全； Conduct routine inspections to identify and resolve any operational issues or potential hazards to ensure safe production. • 负责锅炉房的安全管理，落实消防、通风、泄压及防爆等安全措施； Oversee safety management in the boiler room, implementing fire prevention, ventilation, pressure relief, and explosion-proof measures. • 负责锅炉的能耗监测与节能改进，优化燃料使用效率，降低运营成本； Monitor boiler energy consumption and promote efficiency improvements to reduce fuel usage and operational costs. • 配合设备维修部门完成锅炉系统的检修、保养及技术改造； Coordinate with maintenance teams for boiler repairs, servicing, and technical upgrades. • 负责锅炉运行记录、检修记录及能耗报表的填写与整理，确保数据准确完整； Maintain accurate records of boiler operation, maintenance, and energy reports. • 负责操作人员培训与安全教育，确保团队成员熟悉设备操作流程及安全标准。 Provide training and safety instruction to operators to ensure compliance with operational and safety standards.

Qualifications

Valid boiler operator license or relevant certification required.
Minimum 3 years of experience operating industrial boilers, preferably in paper, printing, or manufacturing industries.
Familiar with the structure, principles, and maintenance of steam and hot-water boilers.
Knowledge of boiler safety regulations, environmental standards, and energy-saving practices.
Strong safety awareness and ability to handle emergency situations effectively.
Responsible, detail-oriented, and capable of effective teamwork and communication.
Able to work under shift schedules as required.
