Domestic Sales Officer (Starch Business) (2-year fixed term contract with possibilities to extend contract or turn into permanent) Job Responsibilities - Achieve sales targets in line with the company’s objectives. - Develop sales plans and execute promotional activities to drive business growth. - Expand market coverage and explore new distribution channels. - Establish and maintain strong business relationships with customers. - Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnership with the company. - Participate in new product development and innovation initiatives. - Design and implement effective sales and marketing strategies. - Contribute to profit and cost efficiency within the assigned territory. - Grow and maintain a customer base aligned with company policies and direction. - Promote products to increase brand recognition and customer acceptance. - Analyze market trends, sales performance, and provide recommendations for improvement. - Perform assigned duties and responsibilities to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Marketing, Business Administration, or other related fields (or equivalent).
0–3 years of relevant working experience.
Experience in conducting market research and analysis.
Experience in organizing sales promotion activities.
Strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
Good presentation and team training skills.
Basic computer literacy (MS Office or equivalent).
