Job Descriptions

- Design and develop Die Casting Molds - Analyze product designs for moldability and provide feedback to product development teams. - Create detailed 2D and 3D mold designs including parting lines, gating, runners, cooling systems, and ejector systems. - Collaborate with tooling, machining, and production teams to ensure molds meet performance, durability, and quality standards. - Review and revise designs based on testing, simulations, and manufacturing feedback. - Maintain documentation for mold designs, design changes, and revisions. - Assist in mold trials and troubleshooting during initial mold runs and production phases. - Select appropriate materials and components for mold construction. - Ensure compliance with safety, industry, and company standards. - Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

Male/Female, age not over 35 years old.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Tool & Die Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
At least 3 years of experience in mold design (die-cast).
Proficiency in CAD 2D/3D software.
Knowledge of mold construction, materials, and manufacturing processes.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents.
