2. Prepare the accounting and finance action plan (Action Plan), analyzing weaknesses and strengths in the financial statement system to be consistent with the company's business direction, as well as monitoring, supervising, and managing various resources to maximize the benefits and achieve the set goals.
3. Plan and manage the accounting and finance system and fixe accounting system, and money and property management to be consistent with the company's policy and in accordance with the regulations, laws, taxes, and various relevant revenue departments.
4. Prepare clear policies, manuals, and guidelines for accounting, finance, and asset accounting that cover all activities to be used as a tool for communication and understanding of the collaborative work system of all relevant departments.
5. Monitor and supervise accounting operations related to recording various accounting items correctly according to the specified time standards and laws.
6. Prepare accounting and financial statements. and monthly, quarterly and annual management, as well as supporting various data for budget preparation and annual taxation to be correct and on time, including submitting various analytical reports on time.
7. Checking the accuracy and appropriateness of tax records, including analysis and proposing appropriate tax guidelines for maximum benefit to the company and on a legal basis.
8. Responsible for the company's overall capital allocation, accounting cost accounting and analysis.
9. Responsible for fund and asset management.
10. Monitoring important economic activities that may result in economic benefits or losses to the company.
