Job Descriptions
- วิเคราห์สาเหตุและแก้ไขปัญหาทางด้าน Network เบื้องต้น
- ติดต่อประสานงานกับทีม หรือ Vendor ที่เกี่ยวข้องในกรณีที่เกิดปัญหา
- ประสานงานแก้ไขปัญหาผ่านระบบ Email และ Ticket
- บันทึกวางแผนการบำรุงรักษาอุปกรณ์
- ดูแลอุปกรณ์และ Monitor สถานะ Network ให้อยู่ในสถานะพร้อมใช้
- เเก้ไขปัญหา HW/SW/NW เบื้องต้น
- ปฏิบัติงานตามที่หัวหน้างานมอบหมาย
การทำงาน ทํา 4 หยุด 3 วัน
เวลา 8:00-20:00 น.
20:00-8:00 น.
Qualifications
- ประสบการณ์ IT 1-2 ปีขึ้นไป
- มีความรู้ทางพื้นฐานด้าน Network เช่น VLAN IP address subnet mask
- มีความรู้ทางพื้นฐานด้านอุปกรณ์ Network เช่น switch L2 L3 router Cisco
- ประสานงานภายในทีมได้ดี มีทักษะการแก้ไขเฉพาะหน้า
- ต้องมีใบขับขี่รถยนต์
- รับเเรงกดดันได้ดี
- สามารถทำงานกะได้
