Job Descriptions
1.จัดทำใบขนสินค้า (Import/Export Declaration) ในระบบ Tiffa
2.ส่งข้อมูลผ่านระบบ EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) ไปยังกรมศุลกากร
3.ตรวจสอบสถานะการส่งข้อมูล เช่น ส่งสำเร็จ / มี Error / ต้องแก้ไข
4.ประสานงานกับ Shipping, CS Import/Export และบัญชี
5.ติดต่อประสานงานกับคู่ค้าหรือตัวแทนขนส่งกรณีมีปัญหาข้อมูล
6.งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาจัดการโลจิสติกส์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีความรู้พื้นฐานด้าน ศุลกากร / การนำเข้า–ส่งออก / Logistics
- หากสามารถใช้โปรแกรม Tiffa ได้จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบและตรวจสอบข้อมูลได้ดี
- มีทักษะในการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์และ Excel อย่างคล่องแคล่ว
- มีมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ดี มีทักษะในการประสานงานและสื่อสารเป็นอย่างดี
