Job Descriptions

Oversee legal affairs and manage legal risks associated with the operations of the Thailand company and the corresponding factory, with a particular focus on frontline business activities. Mitigate legal risks, provide legal support to various internal departments, and develop strategies to protect the company and the factory’s legal rights and interests. Conduct legal research on laws, regulations, and policies relevant to the company's and the factory’s operations, with a focus on procurement and purchasing-related matters. Provide legal advice to support strategic business decisions and day-to-day operations. Draft, review, revise, and negotiate various legal documents and agreements. Develop and deliver legal training programs to enhance internal compliance and legal awareness. Manage and coordinate local litigation and non-litigation matters, including liaising with external counsel where necessary. Perform other legal duties and special projects as assigned by the Management.

Qualifications

Hold a major in law, with a bachelor's degree or higher. A master's degree is highly recommended, and an overseas study background is an added advantage.
Demonstrate a thorough and comprehensive grasp of the laws, regulations, and policies related to the daily operations of Thai companies or factories.
Possess over 5 years of work experience in a legal affairs role within Thai companies or Thai law firms. Working experience in the automotive and other manufacturing industries is highly preferred.
Candidates who have passed the Thai legal qualification examination or hold a Thai lawyer's professional qualification certificate will be given preference.
Both English and Chinese should be proficiently used as working languages (both written and spoken). Execellent English is highly recommended.
Exhibit strong capabilities in retrieving and researching Thai laws and regulations. Possess professional expertise and experience in commercial contract matters, corporate law, and import and export trade compliance. Be proficient in contract drafting and review, commercial negotiation, dispute resolution, and handling cross-cultural and multi-jurisdictional legal issues.
Manifest a strong sense of responsibility. Showcase clear thinking, precise logic, and the proficiency to compose coherent written materials.
Possess outstanding problem - analysis and problem - solving abilities, excellent communication and coordination skills, high - efficiency execution capabilities, and a robust capacity to work under pressure.
Adopt a proactive, diligent, and meticulous work attitude. Be capable of independently completing various tasks.
