Job Descriptions

1.Review and evaluate options for improving system functions and internal IT tools. 2.Analyze issues and provide related documentation for ERP and internal platform systems. 3.Manage SQL Server backups and other database backup routines. 4.Develop or adjust small internal tools or functions to support user needs in case emergency. 5.Provide guidance and support to users on ERP and Microsoft system operations. 6.Monitor and troubleshoot system errors and performance issues. 7.Understand and work with infrastructure environments (Cloud, Hybrid, On-Premise). 8.Assist in IT planning and policy implementation. 9.Support IT security operations and controls. 10.Manage data backup processes and routines. 11.Maintain CCTV systems. 12.Ensure compliance with PDPA requirements. 13.Understand software licensing and compliance risks.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Supervisor, Senior IT Officer, or related roles.
Experience supporting ERP systems (support & maintenance; not necessarily development).
Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software installation, and network basics.
Basic programming language experience would be advantage.
Understanding of information security practices.
