Job Descriptions
1.Support customer audit and inspection activities.
2.Coordinate with internal teams to provide support during customer visits.
3.Communicate with the warehouse when defects (NG) are found and shipments need to be held.
4.Perform other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chinese or related field
- Minimum 2 years of working experience
- Good command of English or Chinese
- Experience in manufacturing or quality inspection is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive
