Qualifications
- เพศชาย/หญิง
- อายุ30 ปีขึ้นไป
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาทรัพย์กรมนุษย์ สาขารัฐศาสตร์ หรือนิติศาสตร์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- เคยจัดทำแบบสำรวจการฝึกอบรมประจำปี
- เคยจัดทำ Skill Development Plan
- เคยจัดทำ Career Roadmap
- เคยจัดทำ Job Description
- เคยจัดทำ Competency เพื่อวิเคราะห์และระบุ KPI
- เคยจัดทำ Salary Rang ของแต่ละตำแหน่งงานให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐาน
- ประสบการณ์การบริหารงานด้านการพัฒนาบุคลากร ไม่ต่ำกว่า 3 ปี
- มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี
