Job Descriptions
Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall HR operations including recruitment, employee records, payroll coordination, and compliance with company policies and Thai labor laws.
- Oversee performance management processes such as KPI setting, performance evaluations, and employee development programs.
- Maintain employee relations and provide HR consultation to managers while ensuring proper HR documentation and systems management.
- Prepare HR reports, support HR policy development, and coordinate HR matters with Chinese executives and headquarters.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in the manufacturing, automotive, or auto parts industry.
- Proven experience living and working in Thailand, with thorough knowledge of Thai labor laws and local cultural practices.
- Fluent in Chinese and Thai; proficiency in English is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills, with a strategic mindset.
