Analyze sales data, historical trends, and market factors to develop weekly and monthly demand forecasts. Lead supply planning by coordinating with Procurement, Warehouse, and Suppliers to ensure timely and sufficient product availability. Manage inventory levels to reduce stockouts and overstock situations while maintaining optimal stock turnover. Oversee planning for new products, promotional items, and new store openings to ensure proper stock allocation. Monitor and analyze Supply Chain KPIs such as Forecast Accuracy, Inventory Turnover, and Service Level. Coordinate with store operations, warehouse, and logistics teams to resolve stock discrepancies and supply issues. Lead and supervise the Demand & Supply Planning team to achieve departmental and organizational targets. Prepare analytical reports and present key insights and recommendations to management. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, or related fields.
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, or Inventory Management.
Previous experience in the retail or modern trade industry is a strong advantage.
Proficiency in ERP systems, WMS, planning tools, and advanced Excel or Power BI.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills.
Effective leadership capabilities with experience managing a planning team.
Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
