Job Descriptions
1. E-commerce Platform Reconciliation:
Reconcile sales data, settlement data (commissions, service fees, shipping fees etc.), and return/refund data from e-commerce platforms to ensure accuracy.
Identify discrepancies in a timely manner and coordinate with the e-commerce team for resolution.
2. Accounting Processing:
Accurately and promptly import warehouse data and platform data into the ERP system, generate relevant accounting entries for revenue, expenses, and inventory, and perform necessary validation checks.
3. Inventory Verification:
Assist in verifying the consistency between warehouse in/out inventory data and platform sales data. Participate in monthly inventory counts.
4. Month-end Closing Support:
Assist in organizing documents and supporting materials required for the month-end closing process.
5. Report Preparation Assistance:
Assist in preparing e-commerce-related reports, including sales reports and independent e-commerce accounting reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related fields.
- 1+ years of experience in e-commerce accounting preferred
- Proficient in Excel, including functions such as VLOOKUP/Pivot Table.
- Good communication skills. Good English or can speak Chinese preferred
- Detail-oriented, responsible, data sensitive and good analytical skills.
- Experience with e-commerce platform (Shopee、Lazada、TikTok) Seller Center preferred.
- Experience with ERP systems (Kingdee, Yongyou) data is a plus
