Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated Solution Engineer to support our sales team by providing technical expertise and solution design for enterprise customers. This role focuses on Enterprise IT services with a strong foundation in networking and cybersecurity solutions. The ideal candidate should possess solid technical knowledge, excellent presentation skills, and the ability to translate complex technologies into clear business value.
Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer requirements and propose suitable solutions.
• Design and recommend enterprise IT infrastructure solutions, including Wi-Fi access points, firewalls, and secure networking architectures.
• Provide technical and solution support for cybersecurity offerings.
• Deliver product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and technical presentations to customers.
• Prepare solution proposals, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with product, engineering, and operations teams to ensure solution feasibility and customer satisfaction.
• Stay current with technology trends in enterprise IT, networking and cybersecurity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in solution consulting or technical engineering roles (enterprise IT, networking or cybersecurity).
- Hands-on experience with Wi-Fi, firewalls, and enterprise IT infrastructure solutions.
- Solid networking knowledge (TCP/IP, Routing & Switching, VLAN, VPN, SD-WAN).
- Understanding of cybersecurity concepts (ransomware, phishing, DDoS, data breaches, endpoint security, network security, XDR, MDR).
- Strong presentation, communication, and customer engagement skills.
- Professional certifications are an advantage (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA Security+, CEH).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
