Key Responsibilities 1.Infrastructure & Platform Management 1.1วางกลยุทธ์และบริหารจัดการ IT Infrastructure Architecture ทั้ง On-Premises และ Cloud 1.2.ดูแลระบบ Server (Physical / Virtual), Storage และ Network Infrastructure ให้มีความเสถียร ปลอดภัย และรองรับการขยายตัวของธุรกิจ 1.3.ควบคุมมาตรฐานด้าน Performance, Availability และ Security ของระบบโครงสร้างพื้นฐาน 2.Identity, Security & Continuity 2.1.ดูแลและพัฒนา Active Directory, IAM / Azure AD 2.2.ออกแบบและบริหารระบบ Backup, Restore, Disaster Recovery (DR) และ Business Continuity Plan (BCP) 2.3.สนับสนุนการทำ Audit, Compliance และ Risk Assessment ด้าน IT 3.SAP S/4HANA Basis 3.1 ดูแลและบริหาร SAP S/4HANA Basis (System Landscape, Transport, Patch, Upgrade, Performance) 3.2 วางแผน Capacity, High Availability และ DR สำหรับ SAP Environment 3.3 ทำงานร่วมกับ SAP Functional Team และ Vendor อย่างใกล้ชิด 4.Project Management & Delivery 4.1 บริหารและควบคุม โครงการด้าน IT Infrastructure, Cloud, SAP และ Digital Platform ตั้งแต่การวางแผนจนถึงส่งมอบงาน 4.2 จัดทำ Project Plan, Timeline, Budget, Resource Plan และ Risk Management 4.3 บริหาร Scope, Cost, Time และ Quality ของโครงการให้เป็นไปตามเป้าหมาย 4.4 ทำหน้าที่เป็น Project Lead / Technical Lead ประสานงานกับ Business, Vendor และผู้บริหาร 4.5 รายงานความคืบหน้าโครงการ ปัญหา และความเสี่ยงต่อผู้บริหารระดับสูง 5.Team, Vendor & Budget Management 5.1 บริหารและพัฒนาทีม Infrastructure / System / Network / Project 5.2 บริหาร Vendor, System Integrator, MSP และ Cloud Provider 5.3 ควบคุมงบประมาณ CAPEX / OPEX และการจัดซื้อด้าน Infrastructure และ Project 6.Governance & Continuous Improvement 6.1 จัดทำและปรับปรุง IT Policy, Standard, SOP และ Project Governance 6.2 สนับสนุนโครงการ Digital Transformation และระบบเชิงกลยุทธ์ขององค์กร 6.3 นำ Best Practice เช่น ITIL, PMBOK, Agile (Hybrid) มาปรับใช้

Qualifications

ปริญญาตรีหรือโท สาขา Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
มีประสบการณ์ในงาน ด้าน IT Infrastructure และ Platform อย่างน้อย 10 ปี ขึ้นไป
ประสบการณ์บริหารโครงการ IT ขนาดกลาง–ใหญ่ (Enterprise Project)
มีประสบการณ์เป็น Project Manager / Program Manager หรือ Technical Lead จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
Technical Skills ;Network, Server, Virtualization, Cloud: AWS, GCP (Hybrid / Multi-Cloud) ,SAP S/4HANA Basis
