1. Conduct Requirements Gathering: Lead team to collaborating with clients to understand their business needs and requirements by conducting workshops and interviews to gather information. Moreover, able to consult end to end operational business process is required. Mainly on Hire purchase business and internal e-document & workflow process.
2. High-level Solution Design on K2 Five enterprise: Console business requirement from team and design/adjust high level design to meet business requirements.
3. Conduct implement/enhancement on K2 Five enterprise project or internal/external projects which related to
3.1 Hire Purchase System in K2.
3.2 Internal e-document & workflow process e.g. Memo, PR/PO process control by LOA.
3.3 Core Insurance system in K2 which developed by COM7 requirement.
4. Oversee and control team to operation K2 Five enterprise system; System Monitoring, System Configuration, Data Migration, Development, Testing and Training, Deployment and Support and Troubleshooting.
5. Continuous Improvement: Staying updated with the latest features and functionalities of current solutions, leasing and internal e-document & workflow, for business process improvement and reduce team workload
6. Managing team resource and budgeting to fulfill day-to-day operation and implementation projects.
