Job Descriptions
1.กำหนดและดำเนินการมาตรฐานและกระบวนการควบคุมคุณภาพสำหรับงาน SMT การประกอบ PCB และการประกอบสินค้าสำเร็จรูป
2.วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลคุณภาพการผลิตเชิงสถิติและปรับปรุงกระบวนการผลิต
3.ตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่ากระบวนการผลิตเป็นไปตามมาตรฐาน IPC-A-610 และมาตรฐานอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง พร้อมสนับสนุนการตรวจสอบวัตถุดิบเข้า การตรวจสอบระหว่างกระบวนการ และการตรวจสอบขั้นสุดท้ายก่อนการจัดส่ง
4.จัดทำรายงานประจำวัน ประจำสัปดาห์ และประจำเดือน เกี่ยวกับปัญหา FAI (การตรวจสอบตัวอย่างแรก), ปัญหาการตรวจสอบ IPQC (การควบคุมคุณภาพระหว่างกระบวนการ) และปัญหาการคัดออกของ PPA (การตรวจสอบหลังบรรจุภัณฑ์) พร้อมติดตามผลการปรับปรุง
5.เป็นผู้นำในการตอบกลับผลการตรวจประเมินของลูกค้า ข้อร้องเรียนของลูกค้า และกรณีความผิดปกติด้านคุณภาพอื่น ๆ
6.ให้การฝึกอบรมและยกระดับทักษะการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงานปัจจุบัน
7.จัดทำและปรับปรุงเอกสาร SIC (บัตรแนะนำมาตรฐาน) และเอกสารอื่น ๆ สำหรับแผนกคุณภาพ
8.ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ผู้จัดการโรงงานมอบหมาย
1. Define and implement quality control standards and processes for SMT, PCB assembly, and finished product assembly
2. Analyze statistical production quality data and improve the production process.
3. Ensure that the manufacturing process complies with IPC-A-610 and other relevant standards.
Support incoming material inspection, in-process inspection, and final inspection before delivery.
4. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports about FAI (First Article Inspection) issues, IPQC (In-Process Quality Control) inspection issues, and PPA (Post Package Audit) rejection issues and track improvement results.
5. Lead to reply customer audits finding, customer complaint and other quality abnormal matter.
6. Provide training and improve the operational skills of existing operator.
7. Create and revise SIC (Standard Introduction Card) and other documents for the quality department.
8. Other tasks assigned by plant manager.
Qualifications
- วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีสาขา PCBA หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ Bachelor's degree in PCBA or any Electronic relate field.
- เพศชาย-หญิง อายุไม่เกิน 40 ขึ้นไป
- มีความรู้และความเข้าใจในกระบวนการ PCBA Knowledge and understanding of the PCBA process.
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการบริหารคุณภาพอย่างน้อย 3 ปี
- .มีความเข้าใจที่ดีเกี่ยวกับเครื่องมือคุณภาพ เช่น 5Why, 7 QC Tools, รายงาน 8D, FMEA, PPAP, APQP, Six Sigma และมีทักษะด้านคอมพิวเตอร์ Good understanding in 5Why, 7 QC Tools, 8D report, FMEA, PPAP, APQP, Six Sigma and computer skill
- .มีความรู้และความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับมาตรฐาน IATF16949:2016, ISO9001:2015, ISO14001, ISO45001 Knowledge and understanding of IATF16949:2016, ISO9001:2015, ISO14001, ISO45001 standards.
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาจีนหรือภาษาอังกฤษได้ Ability to communicate in Chinese or English.
- มีทักษะการสื่อสารและการทำงานเป็นทีมที่ดี Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
