Job Descriptions
- Manage and supervise the production team, including scheduling, task allocation, and performance monitoring
- Implement and oversee production processes and procedures to maximize efficiency and productivity
- Monitor and report on production metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
- Collaborate with other departments, such as supply chain and quality control, to optimise production workflows
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Provide training and development opportunities for the production team to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and implement lean manufacturing principles
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a production or manufacturing management role in Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS)
- Have direct experience in SMT Process.
- Proven track record of successfully managing production operations and teams
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
