Job DescriptionsMarketing Strategy
-Support marketing planning for assigned product category lines.
-Conduct market and competitor research relevant to the assigned categories.
-Assist in developing product strategies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets.
Product Development
-Participate in proposing and developing new products from the early stage (0–1).
-Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches.
-Develop creative concepts for marketing communications in line with the brand’s annual communication objectives, covering sales activation, traffic generation, and search initiatives.
-Coordinate with official brand media channels and Social / Influencer teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
Stock Management
-Manage products throughout the entire product lifecycle (Product Lifecycle Management).
-Monitor sales performance and stock status for both new and existing products.
Internal Coordination
-Collaborate and coordinate with multiple internal departments.
-Act as a key liaison among the marketing team, online sales team, offline sales team, and event teams to ensure effective information flow and execution.
