•A technical engineers actively works to identify and meet the needs of customers by good communication, •Defines annual, value-creating goals consistent with TMC business strategy. •Develops and builds relationships with internal and external customers and influencers. •Recognizes, anticipates and solves customer problems resulting in business opportunities and our revenue growth. •Achieves engineers goals and objectives in assigned territory as derived from business strategies and marketing plans. •Develops knowledge of assigned process, PU Foaming/ Plastic Bonding/ Cooler Box Assemble process •Understands and proactively analyzes customers’ product and service needs, industry, and business. •Shares business and industry intelligence with TMC counterparts (marketing, sales, product Development, production, purchasing, etc) to promote increased value and cost saving

Qualifications

Thai nationality
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemical Engineering or mechanical Engineering or chemistroy
Minimum 3 years experience in appliance, automotive, cold chain, chemical industry as a engineer.
Entrepreneurship-driven, self-motivated, proactive.
Willing to act beyond existing practices/boundaries and go for extra miles
Willing and capable to create and implement new things and drive for the optimal results
Open mindset and cultural flexibility
Strong communication skills
Understanding organization
TOEIC score 600
Collaborative, team player
Good command of written and spoken English
Good presentation skills and experienced project management skills.
Profit/cost conscious.
Quick learner of new applications and technologies.
Possess strong analytical skills and problem-solving skill
