Job Descriptions
1. Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across digital platforms including Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, LINE, etc. 2. Plan, manage, and optimize media buying and bidding strategies to maximize ROI. 3. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze campaign performance, generate insights, and prepare performance and ROI reports. 4. Execute plans to drive website traffic, lead acquisition, and conversion. 5. Monitor digital trends and continuously improve marketing effectiveness. 6. Build, manage, and maintain corporate and product content across digital channels including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter (X), and LINE. 7. Create and manage digital content including social media posts, short videos, ad creatives, and basic visual content. 8. Write effective marketing copy for ads, websites, landing pages, EDMs, and social media. 9. Monitor, engage, and respond to social media comments, inquiries, and online sentiment, including sponsored ads. 10. Coordinate with influencers, KOLs, and online communities to support brand awareness and PR initiatives. 11. Manage and maintain the company website and landing pages, ensuring content accuracy, brand consistency, and up-to-date information. 12. Coordinate with internal teams, designers, developers, or vendors to update website content, banners, campaigns, and product information. 13. Optimize website structure and content to support SEO, user experience (UX), and conversion rate optimization (CRO). 14. Monitor website performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), including traffic, behavior, and conversion metrics. 15. Ensure website compliance with corporate, branding, and regulatory requirements. 16. Work closely with Business Units, Sales, Product, and PR teams to initiate and execute integrated marketing. 17. Coordinate with designers and agencies to develop advertising and communication materials.
Qualifications
  1. 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or online marketing roles.
  2. Proven track record in managing end-to-end digital campaigns, from planning to execution and performance reporting.
  3. Experience in website management and digital lead generation.
  4. Prior experience in industries such as insurance, financial services, banking, or corporate environments is a strong advantage.
  5. Experience working with agencies, vendors, or cross-functional internal teams.
  6. Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  7. Ability to work under pressure and manage timelines effectively.
  8. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and consistency.
  9. Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn new digital tools and trends.
  10. Good problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
