9. Monitor, engage, and respond to social media comments, inquiries, and online sentiment, including sponsored ads.
10. Coordinate with influencers, KOLs, and online communities to support brand awareness and PR initiatives.
11. Manage and maintain the company website and landing pages, ensuring content accuracy, brand consistency, and up-to-date information.
12. Coordinate with internal teams, designers, developers, or vendors to update website content, banners, campaigns, and product information.
13. Optimize website structure and content to support SEO, user experience (UX), and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
14. Monitor website performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), including traffic, behavior, and conversion metrics.
15. Ensure website compliance with corporate, branding, and regulatory requirements.
16. Work closely with Business Units, Sales, Product, and PR teams to initiate and execute integrated marketing.
17. Coordinate with designers and agencies to develop advertising and communication materials.
