1.Take care of production management according production plan by daily, weekly, monthly 2.Improve production process to increase production efficiency, reduce waste and loss 3.Complete product and delivery to customer in frame time as customer requirement 4.To management in labor cost, overtime and other expense to under target as company's policy 5.Quality management and bulitding the quality structure and selfe inspection by owner jobs 6.Control and management the equipment, tooling and machine to production any time 7.Tranning and development the employee to increase skill and multi-skill

Qualifications

Bechelor's degree or higher in Science and engineering and management, enterprise management and other related majors
Male, age 23-35
More than 5 year manufacturing management experience
English language communication or Chinese
