Provide accurate and timely financial information: · Ensure reporting consistency with operations / fabrication / sourcing and among participating entities, for Financial Project Review validation · Properly report risks, savings and opportunities · Monitor and report the cash flow of the contract · Help build site forecasts, based on the forecast of their individual project(s) · Manage foreign exchange exposures identified · Manage bonds and guarantees in coordination with Treasury Team Be the partner for the financial strategy success of the project: · Manage all the financial aspects of the contracts: the Finance Project Manager acts as the Chief Financial Officer for the project. · Optimize cash in and cash out by analyzing the contract billing milestones, identifying optimal interpretation options with the contract manager and following billing milestones with the core team. Be the guardian of the Rules: · Ensure that project reviews are held in accordance with relevant procedures and ensure consistency and compliance · Properly account for risks in the project financials · Provide early warnings to alert of probable Gross Margin variations in the next project review · Ensure robust documentation is gathered and presented particularly for Non-Agreed Variation Orders, risks and savings. Strategic Business Partner: · Support Project team in managing the contract with support functions, banks, or any financial institution to execute contracts in compliance · Analyze and propose appropriate solutions to mitigate risks and to find opportunities · Contributes to the achievement of the financial objectives and proposes action plans to improve the project´s financial position · Perform relevant analysis on financial data (actuals, targets, forecasts) to help ensuring achievement of project objectives · Contribute to the nego

Qualifications

Education / Professional Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or a related field.
Work Experience & Background: Minimum Minimum of 5+ years of progressive project controlling experience in the EPC market. Skills:
Proven ability to develop and implement financial strategies that support project performance.
Background in managing financial risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Hands-on experience with daily finance activities, such as cost controlling, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Strong analytical thinking skills with the ability to influence project leadership.
Strong understanding of accounting standards in Thailand
Basic knowledge of Thailand Tax Principles
Knowledge of Thai Financial Reporting Standards (TFRS).
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Thai, with the ability to effectively convey financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems, along with a strong understanding of data management and financial reporting tools.
Demonstrated willingness to engage directly in finance-related tasks and collaborate with the finance team as needed.
Highly organized with keen attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
