Job Descriptions. Scheduling and Planning
· Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
· Work closely with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define project timelines, milestones, and deadlines.
· Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as necessary to meet deadlines.
· Conduct regular project status meetings to discuss schedule progress, delays, and corrective actions.
2. Civil Works Coordination
· Oversee and coordinate the civil works (performed by others) inspection and handover activities on the project through preparation of the relevant checklists.
· Collaborate with civil engineers, contractors, and site managers to ensure the project is executed efficiently and within scope.
· Ensure civil works are performed in accordance with specifications, regulations, and safety standards.
3. Risk and Resource Management
· Identify potential risks that may affect project timelines and recommend mitigation strategies.
· Optimize resource allocation and manage manpower, equipment, and materials effectively to ensure timely project delivery.
4. Progress Reporting and Documentation
· Provide accurate and timely progress reports to stakeholders, detailing the status of civil works and any schedule variances.
· Maintain proper documentation of the scheduling process, changes, and progress updates for record-keeping and future reference.
5. Stakeholder Communication
· Act as the primary point of contact for all schedule-related communications.
· Coordinate with all project teams to ensure alignment on the overall project schedule.
