Job DescriptionsManage and develop the customer base, including hotels, resorts, contractors, hospitals, and corporate clients
Identify and acquire new customers (New Business Development) through online channels, phone calls, and on-site visits when necessary
Present products and solutions, such as:
Hotel TV / IPTV
Digital Signage / LED Wall
Interactive Board
Software & System Implementation
CCTV / Network / WiFi Solutions
Electrical appliances for hotels
And additional solutions in the future
Provide system design consultation in collaboration with the Engineer / Presale team
Prepare documents, including quotations and invoices
Manage pipeline and forecast with accuracy
Prepare sales reports, summarize project status, and follow up on progress monthly
Coordinate with Presale, Engineer, Project, and Outsource teams
Provide complete handover of customer information, requirements, and issues to the Implementation team
Follow up on installation, delivery, and customer satisfaction
Collect customer feedback and pass it on to the relevant teams
Build long-term customer relationships and perform cross-selling & up-selling
LocationWorking Hours: Monday – Friday (Work from office 1-2 day per week 08.00 a.m. - 05.00 p.m.)
