The Overseas Sales Manager will lead and develop the sales function for the Freight Forwarding division.
This role focuses on expanding the company’s international customer base, particularly in the China market, while overseeing sales operations, customer relationships, and market development across multiple regions.
The manager will also build and supervise a new sales team, working closely with the Customer Service department to support documentation and customer coordination.
Job Responsibilities
Plan, manage, and direct sales and marketing strategies to achieve international revenue and market share objectives.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to adjust strategies as needed.
Expand the customer base in Import–Export, Shipping, and Freight Forwarding.
Control operational costs to maximize profitability.
Lead and manage the sales team, ensuring strong performance and achieving assigned targets.
Lead negotiations to maximize customer satisfaction and company benefits.
Maintain strong relationships with international customers.
Build networks with local and overseas agencies to strengthen global market presence.
Coordinate with relevant departments to obtain information and resolve operational issues.
Monitor progress, analyze performance outcomes, and report regularly to management.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Working Hours: Monday – Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00
Manager level and above: Off every other SaturdayOther
