Job Descriptions

Key Responsibilities 1. Oversee and manage all daily factory operations including production, injection, assembly, maintenance, and warehouse activities. 2. Plan, control, and monitor production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, cost control, and on-time delivery. 3. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, environmental regulations, and local labor laws. 4. Lead, supervise, and develop production teams, supervisors, and engineers to achieve operational targets. 5. Establish and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance productivity and product quality. 6. Coordinate with internal departments such as Quality, Engineering, HR, Procurement, and Head Office. 7. Analyze production performance, downtime, manpower efficiency, and cost data, and report to management regularly. 8. Manage factory budgets, manpower planning, and resource allocation effectively. 9. Handle problem-solving and corrective actions related to production issues, quality concerns, and customer requirements. 10. Support continuous improvement initiatives such as productivity improvement, cost reduction, and process optimization.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
Minimum 7–10 years of experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial or factory management role.
Strong leadership, people management, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written) are mandatory.
Experience in managing production processes, injection molding, assembly lines, or similar manufacturing environments is an advantage.
Good understanding of quality systems, safety standards, and continuous improvement practices.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving mindset.
Proficient in MS Office and production reporting systems.
