Job Title: Event Business Development Manager (for Marketing AgencyActivation/Event Services) Job Description: •Drive business growth by acquiring new clients for event, exhibition, and organizer services. •Grow the business by bringing in new accounts and expanding existing client relationships. •Pitch ideas, prepare proposals, negotiate, and close sales opportunities. •Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, exhibitors, sponsors, and business partners. •Follow up with clients before and after projects to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. •Identify upselling and renewal opportunities within existing accounts. •Work closely with the operations and project teams to deliver successful events. •Keep up with market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities. •Prepare sales reports and keep client information up to date. **Essential Remark** Send your CV and Portfolio to the contact or email mentioned below. Qualifications
  1. Minimum 2–3 years of working experience in Business Development, Sales, or Event Management. (agency preferred).
  2. Proven experience in acquiring new clients and growing existing accounts.
  3. Demonstrated success in acquiring and navigating client challenges with agility.
  4. Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  5. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Understanding of the event sales process, including client consultation, proposal preparation, pitching, and closing deals.
  7. Ability to manage event projects and coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery.
  8. Familiarity with event operations, exhibitors, sponsors, or organizer services is an advantage.
  9. Good command of English and Thai, both written and spoken.
