Job Descriptions
1. Establish, manage, and continuously improve the Quality Assurance (QA) system for digital printing, heat transfer, and sublimation printing processes
2. Define and control quality standards for raw materials, sublimation paper, inks, fabrics, and finished goods
3. Oversee quality control throughout the entire production process, from sampling to mass production
4. Analyze quality issues such as color deviation, print sharpness, transfer performance, and consistency, and implement corrective and preventive actions
5. Collaborate closely with Production, Technical, and related departments to improve quality performance and reduce defects
6. Prepare and present QA reports, including quality performance, root cause analysis, and improvement plans to management
7. Lead, manage, and develop the QA team, including training on quality standards and printing processes
8. Ensure compliance with company quality standards, customer requirements, and international quality expectations
9. Support internal and external audits and ensure continuous improvement initiatives are effectively implemented
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in QA/QC within printing, textile, or related manufacturing industries
- Strong knowledge of sublimation printing, heat transfer printing, or digital textile printing will be an advantage
- Solid understanding of quality systems, documentation, and continuous improvement processes
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Proven leadership and team management capabilities
- Excellent communication and coordination skills across departments
- Good command of English is preferred, especially for international coordination
