•Build and maintain web apps with React/Next.js (SSR/SSG/ISR/CSR) with strong SEO. •Develop backend services in Go (REST/gRPC) and integrate with databases. •Implement event-driven workflows using RabbitMQ/Kafka (async jobs, retries, idempotency). •Ensure security best practices (HTTPS/TLS, auth/session, RBAC as needed). •Improve performance (Core Web Vitals, API latency, caching, query tuning). •Contribute to system design (service boundaries, data flow, scalability/reliability) and collaborate across teams. •Support AWS deployments and CI/CD pipelines; work in a Git PR/code-review workflow.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience with React/Next.js in production (SSR/SEO).
Experience with Go backend development and API design (REST or gRPC).
Familiar with RabbitMQ/Kafka or strong willingness to learn event-driven patterns
Comfortable with AWS, CI/CD, and Git workflows.
Good communication, ownership, and problem-solving skills.
Prefer Docker + IaC (Terraform/CDK), observability (OpenTelemetry/Prometheus/Grafana).
Performance profiling (Lighthouse/WebPageTest/pprof) and distributed-system patterns (outbox/saga, DLQ).
