Job Descriptions
1. Supporting new project launches by coordinating setup activities to enhance productivity, performance, and capacity while ensuring alignment with the master schedule.
2. Facilitating improvement activities such as training, mentoring, Kaizen events, and Six Sigma projects to implement group culture and policies effectively within the plant.
3. Supporting and addressing urgent production issues through problem-solving efforts and long-term improvements.
4. Conducting time and motion studies to improve standard times and reduce labor costs.
5. Implement best practices and innovative solutions to production challenges.
6. Monitoring and evaluate production performance, identifying areas for improvement.
7. Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the production team.
Qualifications
- Age 18 Years old up
- Education : Bachelor degree of Engineer Industrial science or related field
- Experience 0-3 Years in Engineering Industrial
- Language : English Good
