Job Descriptions

●Supervise and inspect site works to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with drawings, specifications, and statutory obligations. ●Review and monitor architectural details including finishes, fire-rated elements, cladding, ceiling, and joinery works. ●Coordinate with architect consultants, engineers, and contractors to resolve design and construction issues. ●Attend site meetings, inspections, and provide architectural input on technical matters. ●Review shop drawings, method statements, and material submissions before consultant approval. ●Act as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors on architectural matters. ●Support project documentation including site records, progress reports, change orders, and as-built drawings. ●Identify non-conformities, issue corrective instructions, and follow up until resolution. ●วันจันทร์ - เสาร์ เวลา 08.00 – 17.00 น.

Qualifications

A recognized Degree in Architecture. Architect registered with Architects Council of Thailand is an added advantage.
Minimum 10 years’ experience in architectural site supervision, design detailing, and reinstatement works in Industrial/ public/ transport infrastructure.
Practice in construction company or Site Staff before.
Able to understand the details construction method, materials, finishes, etc.
Able to produce daily reporting on site matter, including any non-compliance/ safety matter.
Deep knowledge of local statutory and local authority procedures & approvals.
Experience in handling shop drawings, as-built documentation, material approvals, and statutory submissions.
Assertive in upholding design standards, clear communicator, attention to detail.
Excellent coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Solid experience in construction supervision, site coordination, and quality control.
Familiarity with BIM-based project workflows, with ability to review 3D models and drawings in Revit/ Navisworks or equivalent.
Proficient communicate via email and speak in English
Position base in Chonburi and work 6 days a week.
Candidate must have own car and driver's license, and be flexible to work in an industrial setting.
