Job DescriptionsResponsivities :
Prepare Quotation for new requirement, cost simulation and any price requirements.
• Monitor claim and complaint issues by coordinating with concern department (FQE, Logistic) to solve problems.
• Analyze customer's forecast data to ensure accurate information, input to company system and report to Manager.
• Making monthly/yearly sales plan based on customer's forecast and market information and monitoring order to achieve sales target.
• Responsibility of customer's order for delivery on time and negotiating with customer for appropriate L/T, schedule and forecast to prevent the production's line stop.
• Coordinate with Japan HQ, factory and oversea branches (in English) for getting support customer's requirement.
• Document Support to customers.
• Find new customers and maintain current customers to increase sales and profit.
To get customer satisfaction by maintaining and developing relations.
