Key Responsibilities
Lead Agile ceremonies (planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives).
Coach the team on Agile principles and practices.
Remove impediments to ensure timely sprint delivery.
Monitor team velocity, commitments, and progress.
Support a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.
About the Role We’re looking for a Scrum Master to act as a servant leader and coach for our Agile squad. You’ll facilitate all Agile ceremonies, remove delivery roadblocks, and drive continuous improvement to help the team achieve its goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience as a Scrum Master or servant leader in a tech environment.
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Scrum Master certification (e.g., CSM, PSM) is a plus.
- Strong problem‑solving and coaching skills.
