Job Descriptions1.Responsible for the daily management of the Quality Department, including Incoming Quality Control (IQC), In-Process Quality Control (IPQC), Finished Goods Quality Control (FQC), and customer quality management modules.
2.Develop and continuously optimize quality management systems, processes, and standards to ensure the effective operation of the Quality Management System (QMS).
3.Lead the handling of major quality issues and abnormalities, and drive cross-department quality improvement projects to enhance overall quality performance.
4.Responsible for team building, staff training, and performance evaluation, improving the team’s professional capability and working efficiency.
5.Manage quality-related costs, and use data analysis to promote quality prevention and improvement in design, manufacturing processes, and incoming materials.
6.Represent the Quality Department in the evaluation and decision-making of new materials, new suppliers, and new processes, providing professional recommendations from a quality risk management perspective.
