Job Descriptions
- Design and develop new products or improve existing products according to customer requirements and company standards.
- Create 2D drawings and 3D models using CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
- Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and documentation for production.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Production, Quality, Purchasing, etc.) to ensure design feasibility and manufacturability.
- Conduct design reviews, risk assessments, and problem-solving activities.
- Support prototype development, testing, and validation processes.
- Analyze design failures and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure designs comply with relevant standards, regulations, and safety requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- 2-5 years of xperience in product design or mechanical design.
- Background in automotive industry.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
- Good English communication skills.
- Good Attitude, Interpersonal relations and good team player.
