1. Omni-channel Customer Service & Support:
- Manage Thai/English inquiries via social media and Google Business Profile.
- Handle CS calls and resolve cases professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- System Liaison (International): Direct contact with global backend teams in English to troubleshoot and resolve system errors.
- Use CS management tools for efficient tracking and prompt resolution.
2. Team Collaboration & Content Support:
- Assist in on-site activities, including content photoshoots and video production.
- Create simple artworks (social posts, internal announcements) for specific assignments.
- Organize materials and documents to ensure smooth team workflow.
3. Inter-departmental & Shop Coordination:
- Facilitate seamless communication between HQ and outlets & shops for marketing alignment.
- Provide administrative support across all group brands and restaurant units.
4. Administrative & Procurement Coordination:
- Sync team calendars and track tasks/deadlines clearly.
- Schedule meetings and prepare materials/Meeting Minutes in English.
- Manage PR/PO processes and coordinate with Finance for payments.
5. Marketing Support & Task Coordination:
- Support Marketing Manager in driving projects and dynamic assignments.
- Maintain proactive communication to ensure projects meet brand objectives.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, English Communications, or a related field.
0–2 years of experience in Marketing Administration or Customer-facing roles (New graduates with high potential are welcome).
Excellent command of English (Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing) is mandatory for communicating with expatriate management, international support teams, and customers.
Graphic & Video Editing: Proficient in using Canva or PowerPoint for basic design tasks. Familiarity with mobile editing apps like Cap Cut or TikTok is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint) and familiar with social media management.
Excellent Phone Etiquette: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to remain calm and professional while handling customer inquiries or complaints.
Multitasking & Time Management: Ability to handle multiple projects and inquiries simultaneously under pressure to meet deadlines.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to coordinate between the Head Office and front-line staff with a service-minded attitude.
TOEIC score of 650+ or equivalent certification will be given special consideration.
