Job Descriptions
- ออกแบบและเขียนโปรแกรม PLC, HMI, SCADA สำหรับเครื่องจักรในสายการผลิต
- ติดตั้งและ Commissioning ระบบ Automation ใหม่ พร้อมตรวจสอบระบบความปลอดภัย
- แก้ไขปัญหาเครื่องจักร ระบบ PLC / Sensor / Communication ให้กลับมาทำงานได้รวดเร็ว
- วางแผน PM / Predictive Maintenance ร่วมกับทีมซ่อมบำรุง
- วิเคราะห์และปรับปรุงกระบวนการผลิต เพิ่ม Productivity และลดพลังงาน
- จัดทำเอกสารทางเทคนิค และดูแลมาตรฐานความปลอดภัย
- ฝึกอบรมพนักงาน และประสานงานกับฝ่ายผลิต / วิศวกรรม / คุณภาพ
Qualifications
- วุฒิการศึกษาระดับ ปวส. หรือปริญญาตรี สาขาเครื่องกล (พิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ) หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 5 ปี ในอุตสาหกรรมอิเล็กทรอนิกส์หรือยานยนต์ (เฉพาะด้านระบบ Automation)
- สามารถเขียนโปรแกรม PLC ได้ (Siemens, Omron, Mitsubishi หรือ Allen-Bradley)
- มีประสบการณ์ในการพัฒนาและแก้ไขปัญหาระบบ HMI/SCADA
- มีความรู้ด้านระบบเครือข่ายอุตสาหกรรม เช่น Ethernet/IP, Profibus, Modbus
- มีความรู้ด้านการเขียนโปรแกรมหุ่นยนต์ (พิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ แต่ไม่จำเป็น)
