Job Descriptions

- Evaluate, select, and audit suppliers to ensure quality standards are met - Control and monitor the quality of materials and parts from suppliers - Handle supplier quality issues, non-conformance, and claims - Issue and follow up Supplier Corrective Action Requests (SCAR, 8D, CAPA) - Conduct incoming inspection and manage supplier performance metrics - Coordinate with Purchasing, Engineering, and suppliers to resolve quality issues - Support new supplier and new part qualification processes - Prepare supplier quality reports and audit documentation

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Automotive, or related fields).
At least 1–3 years of experience in Quality Engineer / QA / QC roles (new graduates may be considered in some cases).
Knowledge of quality management systems such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001 (preferred).
Knowledge of supplier audit, quality systems, and corrective action processes
Ability to read engineering drawings and understand manufacturing processes.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proficient in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
Good communication skills in English (Chinese is a plus)
Willingness to travel for supplier audits
