- Develop and expand business opportunities within the automotive and electronics industries in Thailand. - Identify and acquire new customers while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. - Handle product presentations, quotations, price negotiations, and contract discussions. - Follow up on orders, coordinate with internal departments (Production, Warehouse, Logistics, QA) to ensure on-time delivery. - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide regular sales reports to management. - Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall company revenue growth. - Support cross-functional communication between customers and internal teams. - Lead and manage sales team members (if applicable).

Qualifications

3–5 years of sales experience, with a mandatory background in the automotive or electronics industry in Thailand.
Experience in injection molding, stamping, or assembly industries is highly preferred.
Team management experience is preferred.
Fluent in Thai and proficient in either English or Japanese (as a working language).
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and willingness to travel for business trips.
