Job Descriptions- Provide course information (Thai, English, and Chinese programs) and student visa guidance via email and social media platforms (Facebook, LINE, Instagram).
- Respond to student inquiries and provide timely support; coordinate with relevant teams to resolve issues effectively.
- Assist students with course registration, bookings, and schedule changes.
- Schedule student appointments and facilitate communication between teachers and students.
- Prepare and organize textbook shipments for online courses.
- Maintain and update student records in the database accurately.
Working Hours: Tuesday – Saturday, 08:30 – 17:30 (Work from home on Saturdays)
