Job Descriptions

1.Responsible for preparing documents for New Model Mold & Die, mold write-off processes, and conducting annual external asset counts twice a year. 2.Prepare mold purchase agreements, process payments according to mold pricing terms, and prepare annual mold asset inspection documents. 3.Coordinate and follow up with the headquarters in China and Chinese engineers regarding mold-related matters, document approvals, mold trial schedules, and related technical information. 4.Support communication between Thai staff and Chinese engineers, including translation and follow-up on Mold & Die related issues. 5.Knowledge of document filing and organization. 6.Understanding of the principles and usage of IMIP, IERP, EAM2.0, GLEG, MPM systems, etc. 7.Perform other assigned tasks, including supporting Midea audits and preparing/requesting various mold and asset-related information.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Chinese Language, Business Administration, or related fields.
Welcome new graduated.
Good communication in Chinese HSK4-6.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong attention to detail with good analytical and teamwork skills
Experience related to Mold, Tooling, or manufacturing environments will be a plus.
Able to work under pressure.
